Test Facility for Ceiling Fan: (As per IS-374 Facility.) Our Manufacturing partner has the test facility to test the “Ceiling Fans” as per IS 374 in their own calibrated test labs. Test capabilities include the following:

G) Fan Speed & Input
H) Earthing Connection
I) Protection against electric shock (for regulators)
J) Moisture resistance (for regulators only)

M) Creepage distances & clearances
N) Mechanical endurance (for regulators only)

II) ACCEPTANCE TESTS-
A) Starting
B) Fan speed & input
C) Earthing connections
D) Leakage current
E) High Voltage

III) ROUTINE TESTS-
A) Flash Test
B) Insulation Resistance
C) A simple running test to determine that fan is in working condition

Since Micro Manufactures other types of motors also there are many other test facilities available as per the requirements of other motors.

IN HOUSE TEST FACILITY- Development at Micro begins with initiating a test setup for the new product. Though Micro has almost all test facilities to check performance, reliability, dimensional specification in house, it adds new set-ups for the new products. For the Ceiling fan an air flow chamber has been set up in-house to conduct sample line pull tests for air flow to ensure performance compliance. R& D is a major strength of our manufacturing partner- Micro Instruments. With a strong team of Engineers in various disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Hardware, Software Development and Tool Design/Manufacture it truly has multidiscipline capability. It is not dependent on external resources for any of its development needs. With recent addition of a basic Rapid Prototyping machine, it can develop prototypes and products even faster now.
